How to Install new USB drivers on VISTA

Installed vista a month ago and donno could not install USB drives. Every time vista asked 4 a disk to install the driver. I never faced such trouble with an XP. neways surfed the net for a while and came across this amazing link which helped me 2 install my new 4Gb data traveler from Kingston in no time.

Here are the steps:
1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
2. Choose the most recent usbstor folder,Open the folder,You’ll see a number of files…
3. Select and copy usbstor.inf
4. Now go to C:\Windows\Inf
Paste the usbstor.inf file into this folder (On my system there was no usbstor.inf file already in this folder).
5. Now try again to install the reader
When Vista reports it cannot find a driver direct it to C:\Windows\Inf
If all goes well you will see the following information from Vista

why i went into shell...why i dint write

Since mid July i dint write...suddenly in jan...with a new year i realized my mistake...sat down down to think why i did that...some questions aroused...why am i so moody...why am i so unpredictable...mom says i am a quiet boy...friend say i am totally talkative...has it got something to do with sun signs...or just becos of the circumstances i am in...one day a friend asks to go to walmart...i say no...n the very next day even though i am busy we go to walmart...its confusing...no solution 4 tht i guess...

july was the time when my funding for summer had to meet a deadline n immediately after that i started working on the thesis...the data analysis, software development, neural networks n what not...n the most boring thing to write down the whole thesis...every chapter was submitted to my advisor n he gave some US english language touches to it...October arrived doing this...may b writing a thesis affected my blog writing...

October 23 I defended my thesis...i passed...hurray...lekin twist baki tha...they partially passed me...they wanted some technical info...like some data analysis results...WTF!...why dint they tell me before...why the life is so unfair...eventually realized my mistake...

this was the time i started watching 4-5 movies a day...it all started with darling by RGV...i watched all kinds of movies...action, romance,drama,war...good, bad n ugly...english, hindi, korean, dutch, german, polish, marathi, tamil, telugu n what not...some of the stand out movies are as mentioned below...

american history x, gods must be crazy, paradise now (Palestine movie), amelie, thank u 4 smoking...n it goes to sivaji n the latest TZP n return of hanuman...watched more than 150 movies from mid oct to mid dece...i.e. over a span of 2 months...i mid time had 2 interviews...took up the job in LA...could have searched more but had no money to stay...n have no relatives in US...before i shifted fortunately friends came f'm chicago..got to c NYC as never before...thx to all those who came to nyc...neways will try to write quite often even though my work started on last friday...
